๐ซ why are my hands shaking in some videos and why now i'm asking my friend to help with recording vids for my wall.. well, i actually have a pretty common condition called essential tremors (or familial tremors, there are two types), which essentially causes my hands to shake involuntarily, especially more when i hold my hands out straight. itโs like when youโre shivering or shivering from anxiety/being cold, but all the time in my hands. iโve had it my whole life, and itโs been steadily getting worse with anxiety and stress, or when i take meds. itโs not actually harmful, but i feel embarrassed by my shaking :c โง #fyp #alt #gamer #gamergirl #geek #alt #kawaii #cute #thick #naturalbody โง
